One intelligence layer, every data surface.
Public records, lists and private data connect to one core. It finds what disagrees, and shows the proof.
A vehicle recall register publishes a part and a batch.
The record exists. Nobody can check it.
Pansofica builds one engine that turns any public register into a receipted, searchable, agent-readable corpus from a one-page description. The data stays public and open; the method is the company's and is licensed.
Models learn from the web. Agents act in the world, and the world is kept in registers. Pansofica sits between the two: one door, every register it has opened, the same shape for every record, and the same receipt on every fact, which is the file it came from, its fingerprint, and the date it was read. An agent that answers from Pansofica can show its work. A person who is in the record can see it, and correct it.
- The corpus. Every register we have opened, refreshed on the keeper's own clock.
- The door. One API and one assistant connector that return records with their receipts, under a published standard.
- The standard. The Receipt Specification: what a citable record must carry, and a validator anyone can run against anyone's record, ours included.
Not a data broker, because every fact carries its source and its terms. Not a search engine, because it returns the record, not a list of links. Not a model, because it never guesses.
The facts that matter are public, and almost none of them are citable.
Who is licensed, who is excluded, which product was recalled, which company was fined, who won, who owns the parcel: a government, a commission, a regulator or a federation publishes each of these, in its own file, in its own shape, on its own clock. Thousands of such registers exist. Most are published as a search box that answers one name at a time, a PDF scanned from a printout, or a list with no date on it. Technically public, practically closed.
An AI agent asked about a person, a product or a company has two choices today: guess from what it read in training, or pay a data broker whose record carries no source. Neither can be checked.

The problem is not that the facts are hidden. It is that nobody attached a receipt.
It reads what is published.
Every number here is live.
It raises what disagrees.
Nine kinds of alert. Each names its sources, shows the proof, and says how sure it is.
Keeper A says one thing, keeper B another. Both documents, no verdict.
Your data never leaves you.
Pick a row. Your browser computes its fingerprint. Only the fingerprint crosses. The alert comes back with the proof.
Your records stay on your side of the line.
The matching is staged here; through the API it is live.
Three ways in.
The data stays open. The method is ours.
